#wehiketoheal component – this will not be a race. We may have some thought cards to guide our discussion . It will be more of an intentional hike (or I will do my best to help create this). At midway point, we will pause and either do journal or discussion of a prompt. At end of hike we will have a quiet moment of reflection. We will do our best as well to connect with sounds and smells that we are experiencing. Any discussion intended to stay just with those of us in the group. Purpose is to share our lived experiences – not to challenge or debate anyone. We should all lead with compassion and love.

* MINORS + OTHERS ON TRAIL: For insurance reasons, we cannot have anyone under the age of 18 to be in attendance – even if accompanied by a guardian. Unless stated, men are not invited to official events. Thank you for understanding!
** PLEASE NOTE: Ambassadors are not wilderness first aid certified and are not guides. This is a casual get together for shared outdoor enthusiasts. Safety is a top priority; please plan accordingly.
