We Hike to Heal – Fayetteville, GA, FREE Women’s Group Hike

We’ll be hiking the Ridge Nature Area Loop trail at The Ridge Nature Preserve in Fayetteville, GA which is a 2.5 mile trail just 26 miles South of Atlanta. This is an easy hike with beautiful views along the way. We welcome all fitness levels to join us; the goal is to enjoy the journey, we are never in a race!

Once we reach our mid-point, we’ll plan to take a break to catch our breath, enjoy the view and do a little gratitude journaling!

Restroom Facilities: Available at the parking lot

Meeting Spot: Meet in the parking lot, near the restrooms. Look for a WH2H sign-in table set up.

What you will need for this hike:

• Plenty of water to drink! (we recommend at least 1-3 liters)
• Sunblock and/or hat to protect you from the sun
• Comfortable hiking shoes/boots or trail sneakers
• Comfortable moisture wicking clothing – workout clothes work just fine!
• A daypack/backpack to carry all your items
• A towel to sit on if you’re uncomfortable sitting on the ground
• Your journal and a pen
