We Hike to Heal – Maryland, FREE Women’s Group Hike

Join Girls Who Hike Maryland for a group hike in partnership with Outdoor Journal Tour for the 2025 #WeHikeToHeal Challenge. We will meet in the beautiful Catoctin Mountains of northern Frederick County, Maryland, to connect with each other and our natural surroundings. We’ll hike two short nature trails – Browns Farm Trail & the Deerfield Nature Trail, situated alongside the peaceful sounds of Owens Creek at Catoctin Mountain Park. Our hike includes a 20-30 minute mindfulness/journaling invitation.

Trail Rating: Green (Mellow hike, easy to follow, elevation gain of 1,000 ft. and under, low altitude. Novice hikers welcome!)
