We Hike to Heal – Pickens, SC, FREE Women’s Group Hike
Join South Carolina We Hike to Heal Ambassador, Melissa, for this FREE Women’s Group Hike!
We’ll be hiking the Pinnacle Lake Loop at Table Rock State Park which is an approximately 2-mile trail 27 miles north of Greenville, SC. This is an easy hike with beautiful views of the face of Table Rock along the way. We welcome all fitness levels to join us. The goal is to enjoy the journey; we are never in a race!
Along the way we’ll plan to take a break to catch our breath, enjoy the view and do a little gratitude journaling!
PLEASE NOTE: There is limited cell phone service around the state park. Plan ahead and have your directions downloaded to find your way to and from the site.

Parking: $6 fee for entry to the park or free with SC Park Passport. Park at the Nature Center parking lot.
Difficulty level/Distance: EASY / 2-miles
Restroom Facilities: Restrooms are located throughout the park. The closest restrooms to our meeting spot are at the Nature Center or at the CCC Bath House.
What you will need for this hike:
- Plenty of water to drink! (we recommend at least 1-3 liters)
- Sunblock and/or hat to protect you from the sun
- Comfortable hiking shoes/boots or trail sneakers
- Comfortable moisture wicking clothing – workout clothes work just fine!
- A daypack/backpack to carry all your items
- A towel to sit on if you’re uncomfortable sitting on the ground
- Your journal and a pen
