We Hike to Heal – Saluda, NC, FREE Women’s Group Hike
Our mission at We Hike to Heal is to build an inclusive community that normalizes self care, creates a sacred space for healing and adventure, and prioritizes the mental and emotional wellbeing of all women. Because we believe that when women thrive, the world thrives.
This is the first in a series of FREE mindful hikes for women in Western North Carolina. We will incorporate more distance and difficulty as the year goes on. Come to one hike or join us for all! We welcome all fitness levels; our goal is to enjoy the journey. We’ll take several breaks and enjoy the views. At the end, we’ll do a little journaling at the observation deck overlooking a beautiful waterfall and the Green River.
Bell Park features one of Conserving Carolina’s newest trails! The Bell Park Nature Trail in Saluda, NC is a 1.5-mile loop trail with moderate incline. We’ll tack on the observation deck trail for a total of 2 miles round trip. Bell Park is approximately 37 minutes from Asheville, NC or 45 minutes from Greenville, SC.
