We’ll be hiking/walking some trails at Bellevue Botanical Garden. The route has a mix of paved and dirt/gravel trails, and might include some stairs or short hills. This is an easy-to-moderate hike/walk with beautiful plants, a suspension bridge, and sculptures. (https://www.wta.org/go-hiking/hikes/bellevue-botanical-garden)
We welcome all fitness levels to join us; the goal is to enjoy the journey, we are never in a race! And if you don’t think of yourself as “outdoorsy” you’re in the right place!
We’ll meet near the main entrance / visitor center (I’ll be there holding a clipboard!) where we will get to know each other a bit, then begin our walk. At some point during our hike, we’ll pause to sit, meditate and/or journal, and connect with each other.
