Women Who Explore Montana: Lion Mountain Hike near Whitefish Montana

May 18, 2024 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm MDT
Free

As you might know, May is Mental Health Awareness Month and Women Who Explore Montana will be hosting a hike in conjunction with the “We Hike to Heal” campaign to bring awareness to Mental Health.
If you would like to join their 2024 Challenge check out their website at: https://wehiketoheal.org/wehiketoheal-challenge-2024/

The mission of the #wehiketoheal campaign is simple – to encourage women all over the world to tap into the healing and empowering influences within ourselves, our community and the great outdoors.

This hike will be filled with different activities to help us bring awareness to our own mental health. We will take time during our hike to reflect, to ask questions that will bring about discussion and at the top we will take a few moments of silence to help us to connect to the natural beauty that surrounds us followed by some time to journal and reflect.
