DESCRIPTION:Join Atlanta We Hike to Heal Ambassador\, Sharon for this FREE Women’s Group Hike!\n\nABOUT THIS EVENT \nJoin us for a mindful community walk grounded in gratitude\, calm\, and reflection as we explore the  Blue Loop via the Orange and Yellow Trails at Sweetwater Creek State Park in Lithia Springs\, GA. This beautiful 2.9-mile\, easy-level trail is just 18 miles west of Atlanta’s city center and features a well-marked and maintained trail—ideal for all fitness levels. \nTogether\, we’ll slow down\, connect with nature\, and connect with each other in a supportive and reflective space. \nWHAT TO EXPECT \nWe’ll begin with warm introductions to each other and to the land\, followed by a few shared agreements for our time together. Along the trail\, you’ll be invited to take part in: \n\nGrounding meditation exercises\nGuided reflection and discussion prompts\nLight journaling\nIntentional pauses to breathe\, reset\, and enjoy the scenery\n\nAll participation is completely optional and based on your comfort level.
