DESCRIPTION:Hey\, adventurers! 💛🏔️ \nWe invite you to join us for She/They Hiking Day\, a safe\, supportive\, and affirming space for women\, non-binary\, and gender-diverse folks to connect\, heal\, and thrive in nature together. We’re teaming up with We Hike to Heal to offer this hike\, because we know the incredible benefits that nature and community can bring to our mental well-being. 💚🌱 \nHiking in nature provides a unique opportunity to ground ourselves\, reset\, and reconnect—both with the natural world around us and with each other. Studies show that spending time outdoors can reduce anxiety\, improve mood\, and boost overall well-being. With each step\, we release tension\, invite peace\, and practice self-care. And when we do it together? That sense of belonging\, support\, and connection makes it even more powerful. \nThis day is not just about the hike—it’s about healing through connection\, intentional conversation\, and shared experiences. Whether you’re a seasoned hiker or new to the trail\, this is a space to simply be and feel at home in nature. \nHike Details: Lower Doane Valley and French Valley Loop Trail \n3.6 Mile Loop Trail\, Rated Easy\, 357ft Elevation Gain \nInstagram: @youbelongoutdoorrecreation
