This beautiful 3.6-mile\, easy-level trail is just 15 miles west of Atlanta’s city center and features a well-marked path of paved asphalt and natural trails—ideal for all fitness levels. \nTogether\, we’ll slow down\, connect with nature\, and connect with each other in a supportive and reflective space. \nWHO CAN ATTEND \nThis event is for women-identified participants\, ages 18 and older. \nWHAT TO BRING \n\n1–3 liters of water\nSunblock and/or a hat\nComfortable hiking shoes/boots or trail sneakers\nMoisture-wicking or workout clothing\nSmall backpack/daypack\nTowel or small mat to sit on (optional)\nJournal and pen\nSnacks or a lite pack lunch\n\nWHAT TO EXPECT \nWe’ll begin with warm introductions to each other and to the land\, followed by a few shared agreements for our time together. Along the trail\, you’ll be invited to take part in: \n\nGrounding meditation exercises\nGuided reflection and discussion prompts\nLight journaling\nIntentional pauses to breathe\, reset\, and enjoy the scenery\n\nAll participation is completely optional and based on your comfort level.
