In this portal, you’ll find everything you need to fully engage with the challenge, from weekly prompts and outdoor challenges to community resources. Whether this is your first year participating or your 9th, this is your hub for inspiration, connection, and growth. Let’s make this a month to remember!

How to Participate in the #wehiketoheal Challenge
Join a group hike! If there isn’t a hike near you, get outside solo or with family and friends
We recommend that you start each week with the Guided Meditation. Listen to it as frequently as you like; each morning as you start your day, or maybe each time you sit down to work on your assignments for the week – whatever works best for you!
Once you’ve listened to the Guided Meditation, move on to the Inspiration for the week, then the Activity and close out your week with the Outdoor Challenge.
As a reminder, this is a self paced challenge. We encourage you to approach each week with a sense of curiosity and openness. Remember to be kind and patient with yourself as you embark on this journey of self-discovery and growth. BUT, also remember that you will get as much out of this Challenge as you put into it, so be sure to schedule time each week to read through everything and complete all the assignments for the week.
Keep moving forward with courage and know that you have the power to create anything you desire. We believe in you, and we can’t wait to witness the incredible things you achieve this month, and don’t forget, we are here to support you every step of the way!
