Join us for a guided off-site hike covering between 3-5 miles with a moderate 626 ft elevation gain. This trail offers a little extra challenge and a big dose of scenic reward. It’s the perfect way to stretch your legs, connect with nature, and feel a deeper sense of accomplishment—together.

In this beginner-friendly workshop, Whitney will introduce you to Human Design, a powerful system that weaves together astrology, the I Ching, chakras, and more to help you understand how you’re uniquely built to move through the world. Bring your birth date, time, and location for a personalized peek into your chart.

Learn to set up three types of shelters, master essential knot-tying, pack your gear like a pro, and explore simple water filtration hacks. We’ll wrap it all up with a fun shelter-building challenge—because learning should be an adventure too.

Intro into trail running: If you’re a seasoned trail runner, never run trail, or are road warrior looking to try trail running come join us for an easy 5k. We will discuss considerations when going trail running for the first or 100th time, followed by a 4-5k jog or 30minute jog depending on our terrain. We will come back to stretch, discuss how it went, and then hydrate!
