We Hike to Heal – (Aix en Provence, FR), FREE Women’s Group Hike

We’ll be hiking part of the southwest corner trail of the Saint Victoire which is a less than 6 km trail just outside Aix-en-Provence. This is an easy to moderate level hike with beautiful views at the top. We welcome all fitness levels to join us; the goal is to enjoy the journey, we are never in a race!

Once we reach the olive groves, we’ll plan to take a break to catch our breath, enjoy the surroundings and do a little 2025 intention setting in our journals.

Time: 9 am (please be punctual!), we hit the trail at 9:15 am.

Location/Directions: End of the dirt parking lot for Parking de l’Aurigon, 13100 Beaurecueil, France

Parking: Don’t miss the D17 turnoff in Beaurecueil, stay left on the dirt road as it wraps around the hill. Go to the far end of the drive, until you hit the parking cone. Look for Deva’s White Renault Kadjar with the We Hike to Heal flag as our meeting point. We encourage carpooling.

Difficulty level/Distance: EASY to MODERATE/<6 km

Restroom Facilities: No bathroom facilities on site.

What you will need for this hike:

• Plenty of water to drink! (we recommend at least 1-3 liters)
• Comfortable hiking shoes/boots or trail sneakers
• Warm, comfortable moisture wicking clothing – workout clothes work just fine!
• A daypack/backpack to carry all your items
• A towel to sit on if you’re uncomfortable sitting on the ground
• Your journal and a pen
