We Hike to Heal at Saint Victoire, Beaurecueil, France

Come enjoy a leisurely walk along the foot of the Saint Victoire. We will meet at the trailhead (look for the signs featuring trail maps, north end of parking) at Parking de l’Aurigon (exit off D17), on the edge of Beaurecueil. The route is just over 3 miles/5 k, with the first kilometer having a very steady incline. At our halfway point, we will enjoy a guided meditation, some journaling and light discussion under the shade of the olive tree groves and the aqueduct. We will walk back to the Champ des Gros Rochers (a wide grassy field near the trailhead) to enjoy an optional picnic lunch together and more rich conversation. Please come prepared to meet new people and engage in authentic dialogue.

To bring:
• appropriate clothing for weather, possibly a light coat
• good closed-toed shoes
• hat, sunglasses, sunblock, or other sun protection of your choice
• water
• small journal and pen/pencil
• snacks or lunch if you choose to stay after and eat in community

Note:
• Today’s event is for women and women-identified humans. Please leave your partners, children and pets at home for this hike. There will be more opportunities in the future to bring them at another hike.
• Please silence your phones for this hike and be present with our hiking group. Of course, photos are always encouraged. This is a special time for you to have with yourself, mother nature, and an amazing group of unique women.
