We Hike to Heal – Atlanta, FREE Women’s Group Hike in Lithia Springs, GA
Join us for a mindful community walk grounded in gratitude, calm, and reflection as we explore the Blue Loop via the Orange and Yellow Trails at Sweetwater Creek State Park in Lithia Springs, GA. This beautiful 2.9-mile, easy-level trail is just 18 miles west of Atlanta’s city center and features a well-marked and maintained trail—ideal for all fitness levels.
Together, we’ll slow down, connect with nature, and connect with each other in a supportive and reflective space.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We’ll begin with warm introductions to each other and to the land, followed by a few shared agreements for our time together. Along the trail, you’ll be invited to take part in:
- Grounding meditation exercises
- Guided reflection and discussion prompts
- Light journaling
- Intentional pauses to breathe, reset, and enjoy the scenery
All participation is completely optional and based on your comfort level. We simply encourage openness—you’ll receive as much from this experience as you choose to bring.
Please review the liability waiver prior to arrival and be prepared to acknowledge it during event check-in.
