We Hike to Heal – Clemson, SC, FREE Women’s Group Halloween Hike

Join South Carolina We Hike to Heal Ambassador, Melissa, for this FREE Women’s Halloween Group Hike!

We’ll be enjoying several of the trails at the South Carolina Botanical Gardens in Clemson, SC for a total of 2-3 miles. This is an easy hike with lots of beautiful nature to enjoy. We welcome all fitness levels to join us. The goal is to enjoy the journey; we are never in a race! You are welcome to come in costume for our Halloween hike.

Along the way we’ll plan to take a break to catch our breath, enjoy the view and do a little gratitude journaling!

Restroom Facilities: Restrooms are located throughout the garden. Refer to map for locations.

What you will need for this hike:

• Plenty of water to drink! (we recommend at least 1-3 liters)
• Sunblock and/or hat to protect you from the sun
• Comfortable hiking shoes/boots or trail sneakers
• Comfortable moisture wicking clothing – workout clothes work just fine!
• A daypack/backpack to carry all your items
• A towel to sit on if you’re uncomfortable sitting on the ground
• Your journal and a pen
