We Hike to Heal – Devils Fork State Park, SC, FREE Women’s Group Hike
Come join us as we look for the rare wildflower, Oconee Bells, as they begin to bloom!
We’ll be hiking the Oconee Bell Nature Trail at Devils Fork State Park which is a 1 mile loop 40 miles northwest of Greenville, SC. This is an EASY hike with beautiful views along the way. We welcome all fitness levels to join us; the goal is to enjoy the journey, we are never in a race!
We’ll plan to enjoy the view and do a little gratitude journaling!

Parking: $8 (or free with SC Parks Passport); Park at the Ranger Station
Difficulty level/Distance: EASY/~1 mile
Restroom Facilities: Restrooms are available at the Rager Station
** Please note that cell service is limited in the park and surrounding area. Make sure to plan accordingly. **
What you will need for this hike:
- Plenty of water to drink! (we recommend at least 1-3 liters)
- Sunblock and/or hat to protect you from the sun
- Comfortable hiking shoes/boots or trail sneakers
- Comfortable moisture wicking clothing – workout clothes work just fine!
- A daypack/backpack to carry all your items
- A towel to sit on if you’re uncomfortable sitting on the ground
- Your journal and a pen
