Enjoy a breathtaking sunset hike to heal your mind, body, and soul! This event is all about reflecting yourself, connecting with nature, and promoting wellness.
This hike is part of “The We Hike to Heal (WH2H) Challenge”, that you may join. It is a month-long journey of self-discovery and empowerment, inspired by the wisdom of the Nature Meditations Deck(NMD). Designed to help women reconnect with their inner strength and the healing power of nature, the challenge weaves together weekly mindfulness themes, outdoor activities, and free group hikesacross the country. Each week builds on the last, offering moments of reflection, connection, and renewal. Guided by the NMD deck’s insights, participants are invited to embrace the present moment, strengthen their bond with community, and find inspiration in the Great Outdoors. It’s more than a challenge—it’s a path to a truly transformative experience!
