THE HIKE

Explore the beauty of Moulton Falls and Mount Bell on this moderate hike featuring lush forests, river views, and gentle elevation gain. We’ll pause for reflection, connection, and mindful moments along the way, making it a healing journey for both body and soul. Perfect for all experience levels.

This hike is in collaboration with Hike to Heal.

EVENT INFO

+ We will meet at Moulton Falls Regional Park at 8.30am PT.

+ The hike should take us about 3-4 hours, making sure we have plenty of time for journaling along the way.

+ This hike is considered moderate.

 

+ Trail Mileage: 7’ish

+ Elevation Gain: 900’ ish

WHAT TO BRING

• Your Ten Essential Systems (More information can be found here: https://www.rei.com/learn/expert-advice/ten-essentials.html)

• Pack your full supply of water and snacks for the hike

• A journal and pen

• Dress appropriately

• Shoes with good traction

• A light backpack to put layers in as you add or shed them

• Trekking poles optional

LIABILITY WAIVER

Due to local guidelines and regulations, Women Who Explore will be limiting the number of attendees per event. Each member attending the event will be required to register through Eventbrite.

EVENT GUIDELINES

By registering for this event, participants agree to abide by the guidelines set forth by Women Who Explore which include:

• Practice self-awareness and do not attend if you have had any flu-like symptoms, are exposed to, or have tested positive for Covid in the last 14 days. ˜

• Post-event: anyone who develops flu-like symptoms within 14 days of joining an event should contact the ambassador and Women Who Explore at lindseyegan@womenwhoexplore.com.

MINORS AND DOGS ON TRAIL

For insurance reasons, we do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to be in attendance – even if accompanied by a guardian. You will also have to leave your furry friend at home for this hike. Thank you for understanding!
